South Side of Pamela – Water Line Upgrade

Crews will be working on the south side of Pamela for the next two weeks. They will be digging pits to locate existing water mains and install new water main lines to increase system volume.

Please be aware that some pits will remain open and fenced during the upgrade process.

We ask that all drivers slow down and be courteous to our contractors as they work to improve the water system for our customers.

Cox's Oak Valley

Chalk Bluff WSC is currently performing a hydraulic upgrade on Cox's Oak Valley to increase line capacity.  This will also increase volume and water flow for customers on that line.  The upgrade should be completed by July 25, 2025.  Please feel free to call the office at 254-799-1268 with any questions

New Radio Read Water Meter Installations

  1. Minimal Disruption: The process typically takes less than 30 minutes. Your water service may be temporarily interrupted during installation.

Important Notice About Antennas

The new meters include small antennas for radio-read functionality. These antennas are a vital part of the system, and it is important to avoid damaging them. If an antenna is damaged due to customer actions (e.g., landscaping, construction, or other activities near the meter), the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

No Additional Cost for Installation

This upgrade comes at no additional cost to you, as part of our commitment to improving service.
