RATE INFORMATION

As discussed at the last two Annual Membership meetings, the CBWSC Board of Directors has identified a need to increase water rates. The board considers these permanent water conservation rates, and water conservation will be a way of life from now on.

The Southern Trinity Water Conservation District has notified us verbally (written notice end of March) that we have exceeded our pumping permit for the third year, this year being 6.07%. They have indicated that we will be required to send them an action plan prepared by our engineer to correct the pumping violation. We know, in general, what needs to be done, and these new water...
